Carlos Ward

Carlos E. Ward Jr. is the CEO and founder of Efficient Frontier Group, LLC.

Born in Colon, Panama, Carlos is a first-generation college graduate with a BBA in Finance from Howard University.  His modest upbringing inspired his passion to assist his community with meeting their financial objectives, mitigating risk, and managing their resources to align with their purpose.   Helping his clients discover their purpose and realize their desired end is the cornerstone of his practice.

Carlos is an Investment Principle and a Certified Financial Planner ® with more than 25 years of Investment and Retirement Planning Experience.   He is an active member of his community and resides in Middletown, Delaware with his wife, Lucinda.  In his free time, he can be found playing racquetball, pickleball, cycling and spending time with his children and grandchildren.  Carlos is also passionate about exposing young minds to the importance of technology and finance and enjoys sharing career and educational resources with them through his non-profit organization, KBTI (Kingdom Business & Technology Institute).

Kevin Moore

Kevin Moore is an innovator specializing in learning, teaching and developing Human-AI Collaboration. As a Solutions Architect with Dell Technologies, he builds and leads relationships for complex accounts. In his 13 years of service at Dell, Kevin has supported various teams in accomplishing company goals and strategically expanding Dell’s reach and impact in higher education.

 In addition to serving teams in data protection, systems development engineering, and sales, Kevin volunteers as a test reviewer for the curriculum development of Dell Certifications. His passion for education and community building extends beyond his official role and into communities across the United States’ east coast where he works entrepreneurially and as an employee with high school and college students, respectively. In 2024, he launched an Artificial Intelligence pilot program on the campus of North Carolina A&T.

An in-demand lecturer and professor for colleges and high schools, Kevin often shares his expertise, inspiring and teaching future generations or checking in with his extensive network of mentees. His ultimate goal is to elevate the awareness and consciousness of future generations.

Tanisia Murrell

Tanisia Murrell is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Business Economics and an MBA in Finance from Wilmington University.

Tanisia has over 25 years of experience, starting in Asset & Wealth Management and Global Finance, then advancing into Employee Relations, Executive Talent and Performance Management, and People & Culture Leadership. Tanisia is currently a Sr. Manager leading the Project Management Office at Amazon Global.

Tanisia advocates for international women and girls. Tanisia most recently served as Board Finance Chair for She Saves A Nation, a non-governmental organization in Central Kenya that serves refugee women and girls.

Tanisia is the adoptive mother of four children and a bonus mother to two. As an active foster parent, she focuses on emergency and respite care. She considers it a privilege to mother on mission, caring for and advocating for children and families.

Carlton Gray

Carlton E. Gray Sr. currently resides in Bear, DE with his wife of 40+ years, Cheryl. He has 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

Carlton enjoys the opportunity to be a servant for those in need and to affect a positive change in our youth. His life’s work has been in the human services field. For over 40 years, he has provided guidance to troubled youth and their family.

 Carlton has worked providing therapeutic residential care for children with disabilities and other mental health issues. He’s also worked as a Mobile Crisis Clinician where he provided clinical services to adolescent youth and their family, collaborating with public institutions as well as other agencies to provide quality healthcare services and is currently employed by the New Castle County Vocational Technical School District (Delcastle High School) as a Professional Para-educator.

Boaz Menard

A graduate of Delaware State University with a degree in Management Information Systems, he began his career writing software for one of the biggest banks in the world, where he spent two years building a strong foundation in technology and business. He later transitioned to a startup environment, gaining another two to three years of experience working in fast-paced, innovative teams. After switching from business to MIS in college, he developed a deep interest in computer science and software engineering. Passionate about the intersection of technology, fitness, design, and AI, he is driven by a desire to equip and inspire the next generation to build, think, and lead with purpose.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active in the gym, watching anime, and spending quality time with his wife. He’s also a big fan of The Chosen and loves engaging in thoughtful conversations about faith, purpose, and how belief shapes everyday life. These interests reflect his commitment to growth—physically, mentally, and spiritually—both personally and in community.
